Chief Operating Officer
About the Role.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll oversee all off-pitch operations from commercial growth and sponsorship to matchday delivery, ticketing, hospitality, retail, and media. You will lead a talented team, drive multiple revenue streams, and ensure the club operates with the professionalism and ambition needed in a difficult and competitive marketplace. Working closely with the Chairman, you’ll be the day to day face of the club.
Attention to detail as well as a grasp for the finer details are a prerequisite, as is a high work ethic, it’s more a 5 – 9 than 9 – 5.
