About AFC Fylde
The club was formed by the amalgamation of Kirkham Town FC and Wesham FC in 1988. By taking this name, the club was adopting the name of a previous club which had played in the West Lancashire League in the years immediately before the First World War.
The club now currently play in the fifth tier of English football – The Vanarama National League and are managed by ex-England international Kevin Phillips.
AFC Fylde are the only club to have won both the FA Vase and the FA Trophy at the famous Wembley stadium, and are a club with huge ambitions to reach the football league.

The stadium offers easy access from the motorway and the surrounding area, plus free parking on-site.

AFC Fylde is part of Tangerine Group. The Tangerine Group is a privately held group of companies based in Lytham St Anne’s, Lancashire. Chairman David Haythornthwaite, whose parents worked in farming, set up Farmsense -Tangerine Holdings’ first company in Lytham, in 1991.
